Juvenile Justice and welfare act RA. 9344 will help for the advocate for the full implementation first of the law because there are still a lot of misunderstanding about the bill, based on what I have read.
You as a person? Can you take every young children under age get in rehabilitation? For me it’s a must because nowadays young children are too wild and grevious while they are in outside, walkside If the bill will not implement young children will have guts to do more bad things or dangerous because they know that they will not get in prison.
As you can see young children as too much rude, they didn’t know anymore the essense of being polite, they already knew how to use drugs and the rest are thieves. For now you should not feel pity to them because they necessary need the help and discipline of our officials which is the DSWD or so what ever that could help these young children.
I am going to recommend the video that I’ve watched because it will help you to increase your knowledge about law and as a student, a young one it will help me to know my rights and privilege. RA 9344 will provide a protection for every young adults to not get close with crimes.
